Pikillaqta
Pre-Inca archeological center of origin Wari or Huari, a culture belonging to the middle horizon of the Andean cultural formation between 800 and 1200 AD, located southeast of the city of Cusco in the vicinity of the Wacarpay lagoon, its origin had to go back to the Period of its apogee between 900 and 1000 approximately, serving as a possible administrative center of the entire southern area of its empire, historical data reveal that for the arrival of the Spanish to Cusco was already uninhabited which should have happened to be conquered By the Incas.
